Forensic Accountancy

Our forensic services division, led by Guy Rolliston, provides an in-depth service across a broad range of forensic accountancy issues. We are familiar with the legal process and have been "checked" as an Expert Witness by the Law Society. Our reports are produced promptly, are readily understood by non-accountants and are frequently instrumental in settling disputes prior to court hearings.

In addition to providing Pre-Action reports identifying the merits of a particular case, our forensic accountancy division has produced numerous Expert Witness reports. We have extensive courtroom experience, having given expert witness evidence both in County Court and in High Court, and have many years' expertise in business, which enables us to bring a practical approach to cases.
